1. The festive offer
The advertised festive offer is a flat discount of ₹1,00,001 on selected commercial units, with registration starting at ₹5,000. The offer is promotional, applies only to qualifying units, and is available only for the advertised festive period. It may be changed, extended, reduced or withdrawn at any time without notice.
The discount is applied against the consideration of a qualifying unit at the time of booking. It cannot be exchanged for cash, carried over to another unit after booking, or combined with another scheme or discount unless we confirm that in writing.
2. The registration amount
The registration amount of ₹5,000 reserves your interest in a unit while you review the documents, pricing and availability. It is not a booking, an allotment or an agreement to sell, and it does not reserve a specific unit until a written allotment is issued.
The registration amount is fully refundable. If you decide not to proceed, write to our sales team and the amount is returned to the account it was paid from. Refunds are processed within a reasonable period and are subject to the bank or payment gateway completing the transfer.
3. Eligibility and availability
All units are offered subject to availability at the time of booking. Unit availability, pricing and the list of qualifying units change, and registering does not guarantee that a particular unit, floor, size or position will still be available when you decide.
4. Prices, taxes and other charges
Prices shown on this website are indicative and exclude GST, stamp duty, registration charges, maintenance charges and other applicable charges, which are payable by you in addition to the price. The price and charges applicable to you are those stated in the written documents issued to you at the time of booking.
5. Booking and binding documents
No booking, allotment or sale is created by this website, by any form submitted on it, or by payment of the registration amount. A transaction is created only by the written documents signed between you and the developer. Where anything on this website differs from those documents, the signed documents prevail.
6. Pre-leased units
For a pre-leased unit, rent and tenancy are governed by the individual lease agreement attached to that unit and are not guaranteed by the developer. No rental income, yield, return or appreciation is promised or assured on any unit.
7. Your enquiry details
When you submit a form on this website, you agree to be contacted by KW Group by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email about this project, including on a number registered with DND. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
8. Use of this website
This website and its content are provided for information about the project. You may not copy, reproduce or republish its content for commercial use without our written permission. Brand names and logos shown belong to their respective owners.
9. Accuracy and changes
